PAYMENT REFUND TIME

Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's account within 5–7 business days.

WHEN IS A RETURN REQUEST ACCEPTED?

Return requests are only accepted if the delivered handbag is damaged, defective, different from the ordered product, or has missing items. Customers must provide clear pictures as proof for the return request to be reviewed.

WHEN IS A RETURN REQUEST REJECTED?

Return requests will be rejected if the correct product was delivered in good condition or if the customer changes their mind after delivery.

ORDER EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY
